Day to Day Itinerary

  • Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu, Nepal

    Arrival in Tribhuvan International Airport, Kathmandu, capital of Nepal, then accord warm welcome, transport to hotel and a leisure day.   • Day 2: Kathmandu to Bandipur (1030 m), scenic drive of approx., 4-5 hrs.

    Bandipur is a picturesque and romantic mountain resort where you have panoramic views of Dhaulagiri, Annapurna, Manaslu and Ganesh Himal. From this scenic town you can see the mighty Marshyandi River rushing down through lush terraced rice fields. Bandipur is an ancient mountain village inhabited by the local Newari people. They are famous for their craftsmanship which results in many beautifully featured and carved buildings. This medieval town is mostly untouched by modernization and here you can enjoy the peacefulness and tranquility of life in the foothills of the Himalayas.   • Day 3: Bandipur to Pokhara (1395 m), approx., 3 hrs. of scenic drive

    Early morning we capture the breathtaking view of sunrise and beautiful Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, Ganesh Himal, Annapurna panoramic Himalayan range in Bandipur. After the superb views, we’ll have a breakfast, then from Bandipur drive (approx. 3 hrs.) to Pokhara. Pokhara is one of the main touristic areas on the bosom of the Annapurna Himalayan range in Nepal. Day tour in the Pokhara city offers the surrounding panorama of nature and culture. We visit different beautiful and significant places around the city. First we check in into the hotel and have our lunch then after we will start our today’s sightseeing trip. Firstly we will visit Bindyabasini Temple, the temple dedicated to Goddess Durga, a form of manifestation of Shakti. Then we visit to Tarshi Palkhiel Tibetan refugee Camp, Hyangja, thereafter we continue our visit to renowned International Mountain Museum in Pokhara. As Nepal is home to the world's highest mountains, it seems worth visiting the IMM site. A famous tourist attraction site, the IMM records, documents and exhibits the past and present developments related to mountain and mountaineering around the world. The museum contains three main exhibition halls: Hall of Great Himalayas, Hall of Fame and Hall of World Mountains. Inside the museum, there are exhibits on famous peaks, descriptions of famous mountaineers, the culture and lifestyle of mountain people, flora and fauna including geology, in an attempt to represent the traditional culture and values of the Nepalese people.   • Day 4: Pokhara to Tansen (1350 m), scenic drive of approx., 5-6 hrs.

  • Day 5: Tansen to Lumbini (105 m), scenic drive of approx., 3 hrs.

    Today it’s the incredible day for our unique trip comprising the scenic drive of around 3 hrs. from Palpa, Tansen to Lumbini (approx., 150 m), which is a world famous historic birthplace of the Buddha. After check in into the hotel and have a lunch we will be sight seeing and visit Lumbini. You will see over 25 international Buddhist monasteries established by different countries like Myanmar, Japan, etc., We will also see the world famous Ashok Pillar, the historic pillar with the inscriptions referring the spot evidently as his birthplace, Another attraction we have is Mayadevi Temple. Maya Devi is the holy mother of Buddha. It is very much refreshing to visit this temple with the splendid Lake in front of it.   • Day 6: Lumbini to Chitwan (415 m), scenic drive of approx., 4 hrs.

    After the breakfast we will head today towards the divine dense forest park of Nepal, i.e. Chitwan National Park with the scenic drive of about 4 hrs. After arrival, we will have the lunch, briefing about the program inside Chitwan national park, visit to the Tharu village, Museum and National Park visitor centre.   • Day 7: Chitwan: Full day activities

    Today you will be enjoying the full day activities in Chitwan National Park. Dugout canoe trip followed by a Nature Walk Programme and visit to Elephant breeding Farm. Enjoy Jeep ride or Elephant safari as preferred by clients. After refreshments you can wash the elephants and swim with them in the Rapti River. We then come back to lodge for lunch.   • Day 8: Chitwan to Kathmandu, scenic drive approx., 6 - 7 hrs.

    Today our day starts with breakfast and one of the famous activities of Chitwan that is renowned in the whole world i.e. Bird watching where you can see the birds migrated all the way long from Siberia and many other rare and beautiful species of birds. After that we will have a scenic drive back to Kathmandu of around 6 – 7 hrs. of duration, on the way we will have a lunch at Malekhu riverside, famous spot for fish, offering natural landscape then continue back to Kathmandu, check in into the hotel and quench our tiredness.   • Day 9: Bhaktapur Tour, UNESCO World Heritage Site

    After breakfast, we will drive (approx. one and a half hour) for an incredible sightseeing tour to Bhaktapur Durbar Square. Bhaktapur literally translates to "the place of devotees." The arts and culture, monuments, wood carvings, sculptures and pottery from Bhaktapur is second to none. Bhaktapur is also listed in the UNESCO World Heritage sites. The city is rich in culture, temples, and wood, metal and stone artworks. The city is also famous for a special type of curd known as Ju Ju Dhau, meaning the king of curds.The main landmark of this city is the Layaku (Durbar Square), pottery square, Nyatapola temple and Siddha Pokhari.. After the unique roaming around, we will have a lunch break in Bhaktapur city. After the lunch, return to hotel in Thamel for free and easy last minute shopping. With bed and breakfast and lunch.   • Day 10: Departure Day

    Today is your departure day. After breakfast, if time remains, shopping, looking/wandering around Thamel. Then according to your flight schedule drive to airport with beautiful memory back from Nepal.
