Boundless Himalayas Trekking & Expedition Pvt. Ltd Terms and conditions. The following terms and conditions apply to all types of holidays offered by the company:

  • A 35% deposit of the total cost of the holiday should be paid to the company once your holiday has been confirmed since it is proof that you are planning to attempt the trip and we need to make advance payments on your behalf. This deposit is non-refundable but you can postpone your trip to a later date (maximum four months from the original date of travel) Any price increases incurred by the company when agreeing to the postponement to a later date i.e. hotel price, transportation and other miscellaneous expenses increase will be borne by the client subjected to a certain tier of percent annually.
  • The cost of your holiday trip can be paid or transferred fully any time before your trip to our bank or if partly then the rest of the balance can be paid upon your arrival (The details of the banks are given below.)
  • If the company cancels your trip due to unforeseen circumstances for example war, natural disasters, conflict, unfavorable climate, etc. we will refer you to an alternative trip of a similar standard.
  • Boundless Himalayas Trekking & Expedition accepts responsibility to make sure that any element of your holiday that is entirely controlled by us is carried out in a professional and responsible way. We do not accept responsibility/liability for other companies that may form part of your holiday and work on our behalf although we do take responsibility for ensuring that any company doing so on our behalf is of repute and high standard.
  • The advance payment deposit can be directly deposited to our following bank account through any bank in the world either by credit card or in cash or conveniently pay online in our link given below.

  • If the client pays through a credit card online system then a 3.5% charge is levied.
