Day to Day Itinerary

  • Day 1- Arrival in Kathmandu.

    Accord a warm welcome / pick up at the airport / transfer to Hotel / briefing about the tour

  • Day 2 – Sightseeing Kathmandu

    Full day sightseeing / many historical monuments, temples, stupas, UNESCO world heritage sites, etc.

  • Day 3 – Arrive Bhadrapur Airport and transfer to Darjeeling

    Entry/Exit formalities at Nepal & India border immigration. Drive will take 3/4 hrs in 108 Km including tea break in Kurseong town.

  • Day 4 – Early morning visit of Tiger Hill Sunrise Point

    Early morning visit of Tiger Hill Sunrise Point (11 Km & 2,800 Metre) and on the way back to Darjeeling visit region most oldest monastery Yiga Choeling. After breakfast and some rest we start our day visit includes tea factory, Tibetan refugee self help center, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (Everest Museum) and Padma Naidu Zoological Park along with.

  • Day 5 – Darjeeling Himalayan Railway

    Darjeeling Himalayan Railway Joy Ride and some walking activities. Free afternoon.

  • Day 6 – Darjeeling drive to Pelling (West Sikkim)

    Darjeeling drive to Pelling (West Sikkim) 74 in Km and 4/5 hrs including break and Inner Line Permit formalities at Sikkim border checkpost.

  • Day 7 – Pelling: Rest and exploration day

    In Pelling visit Khecheoplari Lake, Pemayangtse Monastery, Sangachoeling Monastery and Rabdhantse Ruins.

  • Day 8 – Pelling drive to Gangtok

    Pelling drive to Gangtok capital town of Sikkim – 131 Km in 5/6 hrs including breaks. On arrival check in hotel and free evening.

  • Day 9 – Gangtok Exploration day

    In Gangtok full day visit includes Enchey Monastery, Institute of Tibetalogy, Do Drul Chorten, Flower Exhibition Hall and Cottage Industries.

  • Day 10 – Gangtok

    Gangtok drive to Kalimpong via Rumtek Monastery (Headquarter of Kagyupa Sect) – 71 Km 4/5 hrs including visit, break and boder checkpost exit formalities.

  • Day 11 – In Kalimpong

    In Kalimpong visit Dr Graham Homes School, Pine View Nursery, Tharpa Choeling Monastery, Durpin Monastery. Afternoon walk to town and visit local haat bazaar (weekly market).

  • Day 12 – Departure to Bhadrapur Airport

    Departure to Bhadrapur Airport and flight to Kathmandu.

  • Day 13 – Departure Day

    Drop off at the airport and fly to onward destination with beautiful memory back home
