Introduction
We run groups throughout the year. The main trekking season runs from September to mid June the following year when the monsoon begins. It is however possible to trek in Nepal throughout the year, even during the monsoon time as some places are situated in the rain shadow, meaning they receive little or no rain. Upper Mustang and parts of Lower Mustang, also parts of the Manang Valley are popular rain shadow treks. Even on the more popular trails it is not raining all the time, whilst it is not the best time for viewing the mountains, they often come out to play with you for a while.
