Day 01 : Kathmandu to Paro
Fly to Paro from Kathmandu.

Day 02 : Paro Sightseeing and drive to Thimphu
After breakfast / drive to Drugyel Dzong, for views of the peak of Chomolhari / on the way back visit typical Bhutanese farmhouses / also Ringpung Dzong built in 1645 A.D. / visit the National Museum. In the evening drive to Thimphu.

Day 03 : Thimphu Sightseeing
After breakfast visit the Memorial Chorten / a huge stupa built in 1952-1972 / after Visits to the National Library, Handicraft Emporium, Simtokha Dzong and Tashichho Dzong / evening is free.

Day 04 : Thimphu to Gangtey
After breakfast drive to Gangtey / via the Dochula pass for the most spectacular view of the eastern Himalayan ranges / visit Punakha the former capital of Bhutan / visit Gangtey Park in the evening.

Day 05 : Gangtey to Gogana
Start trek from Gangtey / the trail winds through meadows and fields / then through a mixed forest of juniper, bamboo, magnolia and rhododendron to Tselela pass / overnight camp.

Day 06 : Gogana to Khotokha
The trail today ascends to Shobjula pass / then a steep descent from the pass leads to a wide valley, surrounded by beautiful mountain ranges / overnight camp.

Day 07 : Khotokha to Chuzomsa
A short climb leads to the Tashila pass / then walk through an ever-changing landscape into the drainage area of the Dangchu River / overnight camp.

Day 08 : Chuzomsa to Paro
Drive to Paro.

Day 09 : Paro Sightseeing
After breakfast drive to Satsam Chorten / then walk to Taktsang Monastery / the Monastery is perched on a rocky ledge with a sheer drop of nearly 400 meters and overlooks the Paro Valley.

Day 10 : Paro to Kathmandu Fly
Drive to Paro International Airport for the flight back to Kathmandu.
